*Subject:* [Department_chairs] 3 Visiting Assistant Professor positions at
Texas A&M University

Dear Colleagues-

We have 3 visiting assistant professor positions (2 human and 1 physical)
available next year at Texas A&M. The positions each have a 5 course per
year teaching load which is designed to ensure that the candidates are able
to gain teaching experience and maintain a productive research record that
will help them eventually acquire a tenure-track position.
We hope to interview for these positions at the AAG in a few weeks.
Please circulate these advertisements to any well-qualified candidates. A
PhD is required at the time of employment. These positions are PI
eligible, so the VAPs can write and submit research proposals while
employed at TAMU.

The advertisements for the positions are below.

Thanks!
Dave
