Postdoctoral Research Associate Position in Atmospheric and Analytical Chemistry at UGA
Position summary: The Frossard Group in the Chemistry Department at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA is seeking applications for a postdoctoral researcher. The work will focus on developing and utilizing analytical methods and instrumentation to quantify the concentrations, compositions, and surface-active properties of surfactants in atmospheric aerosol particles.
Position details: The postdoctoral researcher will join Dr. Frossard’s research group at the University of Georgia in the Chemistry Department. The position may include travel to the field to collect samples and/or travel to national conferences. The position will include a competitive salary and retirement and health benefits. The duration of the initial appointment will be for one year; the position may be renewable pending funding and research productivity.
