The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) located in Palisades, New 
York, seeks a Software Engineer to support the mission of the Climate 
Data Science Lab.

The Observatory’s mission is to seek fundamental knowledge about the 
origin, evolution, and future of the natural world. Our scientists study 
the planet from its deepest interior, to the outer reaches of the 
atmosphere, on every continent and in every ocean, providing a rational 
basis for the difficult choices facing humanity. *We are seeking

The Software Engineer will contribute to the development and maintenance 
of open source software packages needed for the advancement of
