    We are very happy to announce that we are opening a 2-year research 
    position at
    UEA (University of East Anglia) in the framework of the SECLI-FIRM (The
    Added Value of Seasonal Climate Forecasts for Integrated Risk Management
    Decisions) H2020 EU project. We seek a highly motivated medium-to-senior
    career researcher to join our international and interdisciplinary
    research network. The main role of the post holder will be to
    assess/optimize the skill of the seasonal climate forecasts and also use
    multi-model approach so as to estimate and improve the attainable
    prediction performance for end-users in the energy sector. Supervision 
    will be shared by A.
    Alessandri and A. Troccoli.
