[ES_JOBS_NET] 2 post-doc positions in Trieste in machine learning and data science for earth sciences

There are two post-doc positions available at the department of  
Mathematics and Geoscience of the University of Trieste,
  in the area of machine learning and data science, with applications  
to Earth Sciences, within the Excellence department framework funded  
by MIUR.
One post doc position is more focussed on geophysics related problems,  
while the other more on dealing with heterogeneous data sources in  
earth sciences.
Candidates will work in a multidisciplinary environment, and will be  
tutored by a computer scientist and a geophysicist.
Positions are for one year, renewable for another one or two years.
