[ES_JOBS_NET] Two Instructor Positions in the Department of Earth and Environment at Florida International University

The Department of Earth and Environment (E&E) at Florida International University (FIU) invites applications for two non-tenure earning instructor positions in: 1) Geosciences, and 2) Environmental Policy. The positions will involve undergraduate teaching in Earth and Environmental Sciences and Policy as well as department/university service and student advising. Applicants from any specialization in each field will be considered. E&E offers a wide variety of Geoscience, Environmental Science, Policy and GIS courses; syllabi can be found at https://earthenvironment.fiu.edu/syllabi/.
 
Minimum qualifications are: Master’s or Ph.D. in appropriate fields, strong undergraduate teaching commitment and willingness to teach on-line, hybrid and face to face courses for both positions. Graduate teaching is possible for successful applicants holding a Ph.D degree. Successful applicants will join a large and highly diverse faculty within E&E and across the university and we especially seek well-qualified minority and female applicants.
