The Senior Program General Permit Writer is the senior program expert responsible for developing general permits, policies, procedures, regulations and guidance related to wastewater to keep our waters clean.

We are looking for applicants who want to combine their knowledge of water quality laws with their ability to communicate effectively and work as a team to serve the State of Washington.
