*NERC and BGS Non-Executive Chair Vacancy*



NERC and the British Geological Survey (BGS) are inviting applications for
a non-executive Chair to ensure a successful transition to a new
relationship between NERC and BGS.  The Chair will work closely with the
BGS Director and the NERC Chief Executive to shape BGS’ successful future,
with a particular focus in the short term on supporting NERC in developing
new funding and governance arrangements for BGS.



*The closing date for applications is noon on 21 July 2017*



Interviews for a shortlist of candidates will be held in London on 21
September 2017
