[ES_JOBS_NET] Participate in Climate Science Day?

Dear ES_Jobs_Net, 

This is an opportunity for U.S. scientists working in the area of climate (broadly defined). Each year, Climate Science Day has multiple scientific societies hosting scientist visits to Capitol Hill. 

The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) can fund 2-3 scientists to come to participate in this event, which would run from noon March 20 through at least 6:00 pm March 21. I participated in the program last year, which was fun, educational, and valuable. All scientists have a day of training, so you are prepared for your visits. 

AAAS is especially interested in supporting scientists from one of the 30 congressional districts listed below. If you are from one of these districts, and interested in participating, please email Josh Shiode <jshiode at aaas.org>.
