> We are looking for an individual who wants to be part of a growing team that provides exceptional service to our clients, and we have an immediate opportunity for a Graduate Scientist or Engineer with an air quality focus within our Environmental Practice Center located in St Paul, MN.

> This position will be responsible for conducting air quality office and fieldwork assignments, including:
>
> Completing air emission inventories, air permit applications, stack test management plans, and air dispersion modeling of criteria pollutants.
> Projects including environmental review will include air emission risk analysis.
> Coordinating with laboratories and stack testing firms on behalf of clients.
> Completing air dispersion modeling for environmental/regulatory compliance and air permitting projects.
> Providing support for the preparation of Environmental Assessment Worksheets and Environmental Impact Statements.
> Performing environmental compliance audits and site assessments.
> Job Requirements
> Required Qualifications:
>
> Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or Meteorology,
> Experienced professional with two (2) to five (5) years of related experience.
> Must be knowledgeable in AERMOD or equivalent air dispersion modeling software.
> Previous experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
> Must possess strong technical writing skills and verbal communication skills.
> Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide own means of reliable transportation for occasional day trips.
> Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.; Occasional overnight travel will be required.
> Preferred Qualifications:
>
> Master of Science or Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Science, Meteorology, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering; can be used to meet the minimum two years’ experience requirement.
> Licensed as a Professional Engineer in the U.S. or Canada or eligible for working towards P.E. license.
> Strong working knowledge of Minnesota Pollution Control Agency air and water quality regulatory requirements and guidance documents.
