[ES_JOBS_NET] Open Position for Postdoc (Atmospheric Sciences / Chemical Ionization Mass Spectrometry)

Dear colleagues,

We have an opening for a postdoctoral researcher in the Aerosol Physics Group at the University of Eastern Finland, for work evolving around a Time-of-Flight Chemical Ionization Mass Spectrometer (CIMS).

The project will investigate the lifecycle of atmospheric organic carbon, with a main focus on the product compounds of the oxidation of biogenic organic compounds, their loss mechanisms in the environment, and their transformations in aerosol particles. Instrumentation will be deployed for ambient measurements (e.g. in different forests), as well as in laboratory studies.
