PhD and MS graduate research assistant positions are available for students
interested in air pollution and environmental modeling in the Department of
Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering at North Carolina State
University. Research will center on regional and global atmospheric models,
and covers a wide range of potential interdisciplinary projects exploring
the connections between air quality, climate change, and environmental

At NC State, students will be part of one of the largest civil and
environmental engineering departments in the U.S. and a vibrant research
community. NC State is also great place to undertake air pollution
research. Students will have opportunities to interact with many faculty
members and researchers working on air quality and environmental modeling
across different academic departments and institutions. The Triangle region
offers excellent research and career-related resources for air pollution

Financial support is available for graduate students to cover tuition and
living expenses while they pursue their advanced degrees. Graduate
