Ramboll Environ's San Francisco office just opened up a few applications
for 2016 full-time and internship positions for the Air Quality practice.
Juniors and graduate students are eligible for the internships and seniors
and graduate students are eligible for the full-time positions.

*Job Description:*

Ramboll Environ is seeking candidates for an entry level Air Quality
Associate position. Essential duties of this position may include:

   -

   Estimating emissions and conducting engineering evaluations of air
   pollution sources
   -

   Conducting computer modelling of air pollution dispersion
   -

   Performing statistical and geospatial analysis of air quality data
   -

   Analyzing pollution control measures
   -

   Conducting air monitoring and indoor air quality analyses
   -

   Preparing air quality permit applications
   -

   Critically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal
   environmental regulations
   -

   Programming, database, and Excel work in support of the above task types
   -

   Documentation of analyses through technical memorandums, reports, and
   other written deliverables



*Required Skills: *

   -

   B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering
   (course work in air quality a plus) with a GPA of 3.5 or higher within the
   major
   -

   Advanced spreadsheet skills
   -

   Strong written and oral communication skills
   -

   Excellent analytical and organizational skills
   -

   Ability to work well with a team and individually
   -

   Ability to understand and apply environmental regulations to real-world
   situations
   -

   Programming (Python, csh) and database (Access, MySQL) skills are

*Job Description: *

Ramboll Environ is seeking an intern to join our San Francisco, California
office. This is an excellent position for a person who is seeking an
entry-level summer internship in scientific-based environmental
consulting.  The Air Quality Associate Intern will be working in a
challenging and variable environment that will include detail-oriented
independent work and client interactions.



*Job Duties:*

   -

   Estimating emissions and conducting engineering evaluations of air
   pollution sources
   -

   Conducting computer modeling of air pollution dispersion
   -

   Performing statistical and geospatial analysis of air quality data
   -

   Analyzing  pollution control measures
   -

   situations
