[ES_JOBS_NET] NEPA Specialist Position Portland Oregon

We are a small (<20) Environmental and Geotechnical Engineering Firm located in Portland, Oregon. We are seeking a mid-level Environmental Scientist or Historian to fill our full time  NEPA Specialist position.

This position includes working on our team to prepare a variety of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents (environmental reports and assessments, categorical exclusions, etc.).  The NEPA Specialist will assist with preparation of NEPA Checklists, EAs, , Section 404 Permits, Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Permit applications.  To apply for this position, a candidate must have prior NEPA document preparation experience, possess a BA or BS degree (or better) in Biology, Ecology, Natural Resources, or similar discipline.  Those with BA degrees in History will also be considered.   The  candidate will have 2-6 years of experience preparing NEPA documentation.
