We are currently seeking an Oil & Gas Air Monitoring and Permitting 
Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
TetraTech is seeking an air quality specialist with a minimum of five 
years of dispersion modeling experience. The ideal candidate will have 
extensive knowledge of air regulations as they apply to oil and gas, 
mining, utilities, and manufacturing industries. Candidates must also 
have advanced knowledge and experience with development of air emission 
inventories, air pollution control technologies, and permitting.  
Working knowledge of meteorological data sets and ambient monitoring 
programs is preferred.


    Qualifications

Qualifications:

  * Extensive working knowledge of the following:
      o AERMOD
      o AERMET
      o AERMAP
      o BEEST
      o EPA Tanks
      o Federal, state, and local air quality regulations
      o Clean Air Act
      o New Source Performance Standards for mining and oil & gas
      o Prevention of Significant Deterioration
      o National Ambient Air Quality Standards
  * Strong organizational skills
  * Project management and cost control
  * Business development
  * Proficient with Word, Excel, Project
  * Technical writing
  * Proposal writing
  * Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with team members and
    clients

DegreeRequirements:
BS/MSin engineering, meteorology, environmental science, or related degree
