Entry-Level Environmental Engineer/Scientist
Chantilly Office
Our Chantilly, VA office has immediate openings for entry-level engineers
with degrees in environmental engineering or civil engineering. Qualified
candidates will work in teams to perform analyses including process,
pollution prevention, wastewater treatment, and wastewater discharge
evaluations from U.S. industries, environmental impact assessments, and
environmental compliance evaluation. Specifically, you will support EPA and
other federal clients with industrial process evaluation and industrial
sector review, including evaluation of wastewater treatment and pollution

Research Analyst 1
Lexington Office
Currently seeking entry-level candidates with a B.A./B.S. in economics,
statistics, or another quantitative field to perform policy-oriented
research for Federal agencies, including the Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Occupational Safety
and Health Administration (OSHA). The work involves supporting a range of
environmental and public health related projects. Tasks will include
researching scientific, technical, and policy topics in environmental
science, pharmaceutical, medical device, and food safety, occupational
safety and worker exposures; collecting and analyzing primary as well as
secondary data; and producing well-written reports that clearly communicate
technical concepts to non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate is
detail-oriented, motivated, capable of applying analytical concepts to
research, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Coursework or related experience in public health policy, health IT,
cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis, environmental policy,
environmental science or engineering, or chemistry a definite plus.
Proficiency in Excel, Access, SAS, and/or STATA highly desirable.
