The Fort Collins, CO, office of Golder Associates Inc., an
employee-owned company specializing in ground engineering and
environmental services, is seeking an Air Quality Specialist. Golder
does not provide relocation assistance for this position.
Responsibilities include:
1. Perform engineering calculations and regulatory applicability analysis;
2. Develop industrial process descriptions and air pollution emissions
estimates;
3. Perform data management, summary, analysis and archive of project data;
4. Assist in preparation of technical reports, proposals, and permit
applications;
5. Conduct research for emissions control, air impacts and regulatory
compliance;
6. Assist project managers and technical staff;
7. Other duties as assigned.
*Job Requirements:*
1. Minimum BS in applicable engineering or atmospheric science/meteorology;
2.
1 year experience in air permitting, control engineering,air-related
research;
3.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office;
4.
3 years experience in air permitting, control engineering,air-related
research;
5. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office;
6. Strong written and oral communication skills;
7. Strong math and problem solving skills;
8. Self starter and demonstrated initiative;
9. Ability to represent Golder in a professional manner.
