Greetings All,

I am pleased to announce that there is a fully-funded, PhD studentship available at the University of Glasgow in the School of Geographical and Earth Sciences. The student will develop and apply both novel and traditional paleotemperature biomarker techniques to understanding climate change in the drought-prone interior of Canada. The student will work with a dynamic, international team including researchers in Glasgow, UK; Newcastle, UK; and Regina, Canada. Students with a background in Earth Sciences, Environmental Chemistry and/or Biosciences are encouraged to apply. Note the deadline for application submission is February 2, 2015.
