Because you have been teaching and probably know young scientists who
come through ECMWF who may be looking for a job I would appreciate your
forwarding the information about announcement of opportunity for PostDoc
position in DA at CMCC in Lecce.     As you know,  starting in June 2014
I will be leading the DA research efforts there and hope to attract
recent PhD graduates with interest in data assimilation methodology and
applications. The research will be is in support  of next generation DA
