Hello.  Can you please help me recruit for this paid internship?  We are looking for culturally and/or ethnically diverse college freshmen and sophomores to apply for this summer internship in our office in Annapolis, MD.  It's through the Student Conservation Association's CDIP program.

It's a great job for students that are interested in real-world wildlife management.  Most of the work will happen on Poplar Island, a beautiful island in the Chesapeake Bay.

Annapolis is about 45 minute to 1 hr commute from DC and Northern VA.
It's a reverse commute so the traffic isn't bad.
