[ES_JOBS_NET] List Problems with Digest

Hello All,
Please excuse the interruption.

In the past week, we had a transition with the servers on which our 
email listresides. As a result, some of the digest options were removed. 
We are currently fixing the problem and hope to have the digest options 
up and going again shortly.
