The Department of Atmospheric Science at Colorado State University is
seeking *two* Research Associates II or III to perform scientific tasks
in support of the Collett group's research on air emissions from oil and
gas development.The individuals in these positions will assist in
experiments to quantify emissions and downwind dispersion of air
pollutants during various stages of new well development, including
drilling, fracking, and flowback.
*1.Research Associate II or III Position -- Chemical Tracer Measurements:*
The Department of Atmospheric Science at Colorado State University is
seeking a Research Associate II or III to perform scientific tasks in
support of the Collett group's research on air emissions from oil and
gas development.The individual in this position will assist in
experiments to quantify emissions and downwind dispersion of air
pollutants during various stages of new well development, including
drilling, fracking, and flowback.The individual will focus on making
meteorological measurements and releasing chemical tracers to support
the emission and dispersion experiments.Review of applications will

various stages of new well development, including drilling, fracking,
and flowback.The individual will focus on field and laboratory
measurements of volatile organic compounds emitted from well
