Here are notes from our call....

***Participants on call: Laura, Randy, Igor, Alisdair, Jonathan, Jay, and Jack,

***People attending March 11th meeting*** 

In person: Scott, Hugh, Alisdair, Laura, Ruth, Robyn, Jay, and Randy. Randy will be there in person most of the day except 10-noon. 

Remotely: Jack and Igor will call in (possibilities include are Google hangout, phone only, skype).

Still deciding/inviting: Jonathan is still deciding; Jay will invite Mark Bender, TV producer of eclipse shows from San Antonio, to join us in person; Scott/Laura looking into inviting lead on Zooniverse; Emily CoBabe-Amman may join us

Sunday night - Group Dinner around 8pm. Please RSVP to laura at ssl.berkeley.edu. Also send Laura suggestions for favorite places to go.

Monday

8:00am: Introductions, ice-breaker get-to-know team

8:40am: Review of outcome of Australia eclipse event
(how many photos were submitted? what quality and source - via app or
otherwise? how much traffic to web site? can we make a demo movie from
what we got? etc.)

Look over images uploaded
Look at web, facebook, twitter stats
Report on App functionality
Report on on-the-ground experience with App and public
Report on engaging with educators/press remotely

10:30am: Revisit/revise Goals & Impact of program for 2017 based on this eclipse

11:30pm: Lunch

12:30pm: start to touch on the design needed to meet the goals/impacts based on the pilot test in November

2:00pm: Break

2:30pm: put together a 'planning' schedule for the year.

4:00pm: End
