Hello EMP folks,

I'd like to officially welcome Scott's daughter, Alexandra, into the world. Very exciting!! Most of you probably know, but just to make sure... she was born Feb 10th at 10:42 am weighing 7 lbs, 4 ounces. According to Scott's Facebook posts, she is now at home and doing well! Thanks for posting, Scott!

As far as I know, we will have a meeting March 11th, 2013. Scott - let me know if I should proceed to organize this for the team! I know you are a bit busy right now. :)

I have put together a survey to determine who would like to attend the meeting and who can make it to Boulder in March. Please fill out this SHORT survey here: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/QZ6V867

It may be that a few of us will have to video conference in. I will talk with UCAR folks about how to do this best - we have a polycom system at UC Berkeley that I would like to use if we cannot make the travel. Do others have a polycom system as well? It works very well - second best next to face-to-face.

Here is our proposed Draft Agenda for the meeting

9:00am: Introductions, ice-breaker get-to-know team

10:00am: Review of outcome of Australia eclipse event
(how many photos were submitted? what quality and source - via app or
otherwise? how much traffic to web site? can we make a demo movie from
what we got? etc.)

11:00am: Revisit/revise Goals & Impact of program for 2017 based on this eclipse

12:00pm: Lunch

1:30pm: start to touch on the design needed to meet the goals/impacts based on the pilot test in November

3:00pm: Break

3:30pm: put together a 'planning' schedule for the year.

5:00pm: End

Laura
