[EMP2012] weekly status meeting - call for items

I'd like to have a discussion of a poster for the science meeting, which starts the Sunday before the Wednesday eclipse. I have in mind that this poster would advertise the Megamovie, but would mainly provide practical tips for observers and a request that they give their raw data files to us via the Web site that we're designing. I'd be happy to work on the content of the poster but need advice on that, and also need help from an institution that can actually print it and transport it to Australia, since my travel around that time is going to be complicated.
