I just received a question from our Project Manager, and as I am typing 
this, I realize that we are a couple of hours late for submission of 
questions.  I will, nevertheless, submit the question to you.  In the 
event you choose not to respond to the question due to it being 
submitted late, would you please include us when you issue the 
collective responses.

Question:  After reading the RFP and Statement of Work, we do not have 
any understanding of the expected number of participants in the 
megamovie project.  While we appreciate that UCAR is probably not in a 
position to address the total number of participants with any certainty, 
could you share background information (i.e. how the project is to be 
publicized , etc.) that might allow us to better estimate the total 
number of smartphone users that will taking pictures during the eclipse.
