[EMP2012] File uploading

We are working on the file upload stuff at the moment. It will appear at
http://helio.cfa.harvard.edu/megamovie. The page there is a dummy at the
moment and does not work. We want to test a few different upload
programs to see which works / fits our needs best. A link to these will
follow from the page above for people to test. We hope to have testable
versions for everyone by Friday.
