[EMP2012] EMP web front-end mock-up

When this moves from the visual design phase to the site design phase 
(probably want to come to consensus on this before the visual design 
proceeds much further, since the two need to be coordinated), here are 
some suggestions (open to discussion, of course) about key 
pages/sections I think we need on the site - some of which should be 
links in the colored bullets section of the visual design; most of which 
should be readily accessible from at least the home page and possibly 
from all site pages:

  * Home page - includes brief description of project; links to the rest
    of the following items
  * Project description in depth - describes lots of people collecting
    and submitting photos; creating a movie from those photos; why that
    movie will be cool/novel/unique; a little on the technical issues
    involved in this endeavor; pilot in Australia this year, big show in
    2017
  * Instructions: how to take eclipse photos
  * How to view an eclipse safely (link out to a good site that someone
    else has already done?)
  * Description: how to participate
  * Photo & metadata upload page (maybe also a separate registration
    page? allows participants to register once, then upload photos in
    more than one session?)
  * How to contact us (maybe includes link to our Facebook page?)
  * Education portal section (maybe two pages? one "backround info" on
    eclipses for general public [including students?]; another for
    teachers and informal educators - how to teach about this stuff,
    resources for educators [lesson plans, activities, etc.]?)
