[EMP2012] are we happy to put the upload page link to the main frame?

Not sure if we want to time tags this but maybe we should put an inactive link to the upload page from the main webpage. Anyone have any thoughts on what to do. it is time we point that

I am writing a user guide for the App......I will have a PDF for upload soon
