[EMP2012] weather... will it or won't it rain?

Hi team, I've been looking at the forecasts and it seems there is a 
significant chance that we will not have clear skies for the eclipse on 
Wednesday morning.

I've been talking with a fellow with one of the Australian tv networks 
and he's offering to help us find a location inland, on the other side 
of the mountains, that is "almost guaranteed to have clear skies".

I'm wondering if we should work with him to get someone over there so 
that we can have a better chance of getting at least a few good photos?

Thoughts?
