[EMP2012] Upload form

Hugh,

*Mimetype* - fixed! The /tmp directory was overtaken with 550,000 
temporary directories. Therefore the script was unable to create the 
temporary file name it needed during the POST process.

*Internal Server Error* - This may have been related to the /tmp 
directory issue mentioned above. What is the file size of the image 
uploaded from the iPod? Currently the MAX SIZE per image is 64 MB. The 
Form POST session is set to 128 MB.
