[EMP2012] File uploading

Dear A: sorry to be slow here; I am just scribbling the poster for the Cairns meeting, and I hope that Scott will be able to put last-minute edits on it. In the meanwhile I'm going to specify the URL of your practice page and have the comments here. This is important information for the conference participants, many of whom will be doing "happy snaps" anyway. We'll also plan to make announcements, I suspect.

To keep things simple, I don't think a date range is needed on the upload form. The text on the page should probably specify raw format, and then we can take our chances with whatever metadata come through.
