Folks, apologies... the timeline given in the SOW that I sent out a bit 
ago was incomplete.  Here's the current, reasonably correct timeline:
Timeline
All dates/times are deadlines for deliverables.  We encourage developers 
to provide deliverables ahead of these dates if possible.
10/1/12    Developer begins work on app(s)
10/12/12    First app/feature review with HAO personnel
10/19/12    Second app/feature review with HAO personnel
11/2/12    Third app/feature review with HAO personnel
11/7/12    Basic app  made available in app store(s), source code 
provided to HAO
11/30/12    Fourth app/feature review with HAO personnel
12/14/12    Fifth app/feature review with HAO personnel
1/4/13        Final app/feature review with HAO personnel, source 
provided to HAO, final version of app submitted to app store(s)
