[EMP2012] EMP weekly status - Wednesday 9am MDT (Boulder)

Hi Lance,

Would you mind putting out a doodle for the best time/day for our weekly meetings? 8-9:30am is tough for me because of kids to school. But I 7:00-8:00am could work OK. I realize that we need to also have a time that will work for Hugh in Scotland. 

I will be on the call this Wednesday at 8:00am. Looking forward to regular communications.

Hi folks,
I'll work on finalizing the agenda before Wednesday, but I wanted to
send this out now so that you can put it on your schedules.  Scott has
asked me to arrange weekly status meetings so you'll start to see a
regular series of emails with agendas and minutes.

More early next week, and hope to see and/or hear you all on Wednesday.
