[Dtcda_news] DTC GSI/EnKF helpdesk email change

Dear GSI and EnKF users,

Thanks for using the DTC supported data assimilation systems.  In order to better support the GSI and EnKF systems, the DTC is transitioning to a new ticketing system. The helpdesk email addresses are accordingly changed to fulfill the new naming convention. Please use the following emails for your future questions and inquiries:


GSI: gsi-help at ucar.edu <mailto:gsi-help at ucar.edu>
EnKF: enkf-help at ucar.edu <mailto:enkf-help at ucar.edu>
We apologize for the inconvenience such a change may cause.  The old email addresses (gsi_help and enkf_help) will continue to be effective through the calendar year 2016 and then will be deactivated.
