[Dart-users] New CAM interface to DART

The interface of CAM to DART on the trunk (not the Lanai release)
has been expanded to enable assimilation with more variants of CAM:
   WACCM (Whole Atmosphere = high top)
   CAM-SE (Spectral Element on a cubed sphere)
   (work is underway to bring CAM-Chem onto the trunk)

The number of set-up scripts in models/cam/shell_scripts has been expanded
to allow new users to more easily set up simpler assimilations
(CESM1_2_1_setup_hybrid and CESM1_2_1_setup_pmo), while several more
advanced capabilities exist in the CESM1_2_1...advanced scripts.

For cutting edge capabilities, like multi-resolution/nested grid CAM-SE
and scripting to enable multiple assimilation cycles in each yellowstone job,
contact Kevin at raeder at ucar.edu.

The model_mod.nml namelist file has changed to reflect the added capabilities.

Please report apparent bugs, and suggestions for improvement to the
documentation to dart at ucar.edu and/or raeder at ucar.edu.

We recommend learning about the changes by reading model_mod.html
and working through the set-up script(s).
