[Dart-users] last beta for Lanai release

hi dart-users,

today i've updated and tagged the last beta for the DART
Lanai release.  if you've already checked out any of the
beta releases you can do an 'svn update' in the top level
directory to pick up the updated files.

there were minor changes to the CESM setup scripts,
updates to the GITM model, some additional observation
converters, and updated documentation for the MPAS model
and release notes.

unless i get bug reports from anyone, this will be the final
version of the code for Lanai.  in a couple days i'll send out
a note when the release is official.
