[Dart-users] bluefire users no longer need the svn tunnel

dear dart-users running on the NCAR 'bluefire' system,

a very recent system change means you do NOT need to
run 'mksvntunnel' before trying to access our subversion
server.  in fact, you get an error about OPTIONS if you do
run it.  if you see this error, delete any tunnels you might have
open and try again without it.    don't forget to check your
dot files and remove any calls there you might have added.
