These are intended to advance the model for 1 full day (given that the
initial ensemble I have is 80 identical members and spread is induced by 
the fact that each member has some change in their tiegcm.nml that makes
them different after 1 day) - and then again for 1 hour. This is intended
to test the ability to advance for somewhat arbitrary forecast lengths.
