[Cyclists] Biking with RTD

As a result of the four fatalities last April, RTD has been rotating its
employee and contractor employee drivers through a safety and defensive
driving refresher.

Because one of the people killed was a bicyclist [1], part of the
training uses a bike-bus safety film from Chicago's CTA. The driver of
the DASH I was on a couple days ago recommends it to bicyclists too, and
asked me to pass it on.

Get past the quick intro (the narrators are not actors :-), and it's
full of good advice. The RTD drivers we're coexisting with out there
are going to be following it.

[1] In Lafayette April 6th. Bicyclist had the right of way at the
intersection, but the bus driver didn't see him coming. (After sunset,
bicyclist probably thought he'd been noticed, you know the drill. Big
ouch.)
