[Cyclists] ML road and building closure for trenching August 8-9 (Sat-Sun)

For those that didn't see this in Today at UCAR, the ML road and building
will be closed on Saturday and Sundy August 8th and 9th.

Please pass the word to your friends who might ride the ML driveway on
weekends.

Mesa Lab Closure Saturday 8/8 and Sunday 8/9

The Mesa Lab will be closed to visitors and non-essential personnel
on Saturday 8/8 and Sunday 8/9. The Mesa Road will be closed to all
traffic between the 6:00 am and 6:00 pm on both days, and will remain
closed to visitors and non-essential personnel for the duration of
the work.
  
Only critical PPS, Security and CISL staff will be allowed on site
during the closure.
 
This closure is necessary to allow contractors to trench across the
road and install the new underground electrical feeders for the Mesa
Lab.

Reading between the lines, the construction company has tested and proven
they can complete a trench+conduit in 2 days.  Also, it's going to be far
safer for the workers to avoid running traffic through the narrows while
they're digging.  Good call by Dave et al there.
