[Cosmic_announce] CHAMP : New electron density profiles

Dear Colleague,
                                                                                
Electron density profiles (ionPrf filetype) for CHAMP from 2001 to 2007 
have now been re-re-processed with updated software:

These results have been processed using improved ionospheric
inversion software and include more occultations than 
previously posted.
