<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">The Center for Space Physics and Data Science (CSDS) at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) invites applications for a Research Scientist position in Space Physics. The Research
Scientist I will conduct research on ion-neutral coupling processes in the Earth’s upper atmosphere during geomagnetically active times. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, interactions between traveling atmospheric disturbances (TADs) and traveling
ionospheric disturbances (TIDs), as well as neutral wind response to enhanced geomagnetic forcing. Primary responsibilities will involve performing numerical simulations and analyzing observational data. In accordance with USCIS regulations, successful applicants
must be legally able to accept work in the United States.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
