<p class="MsoNormal">The Commission G of URSI National Radio Science Meeting is sponsoring the following special session: “Studies of the Gannon Storm - May 10-12, 2024, Session in Tribute to Dr. Jennifer Gannon (1978 -2024).” We would like to invite you to
submit an abstract or summary to this special session. The meeting will be held at the University of Colorado at Boulder from January 7 to 10, 2025.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This storm was the largest geomagnetic storms to impact the Earth in the last 20 years. Abstracts that consider all aspects of the large May 10-12, 2024 are encouraged. This includes the monitoring and modeling of ionospheric and thermospheric
dynamics during the storm. In particular, we are interested in observations made by networked ground-based instrumentation that capture the space weather effects of this storm, highlighting one of the main areas of research that Jennifer Gannon's career focused

<p class="MsoNormal">The deadline to submit is <b>Friday, September 13, 2024</b>. In order for an abstract / summary to be included in the proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore, at least one author must be registered and the corresponding presentation must
be delivered in person. Registration is also required to attend any session of the meeting.<o:p></o:p></p>
