Candidate should be a US citizen and possess familiarity in one or more areas: atmospheric and ionospheric chemistry and dynamics, empirical and physics based ionospheric models, information propagation through disturbed environments, and radar signal propagation. This position is located on the Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
