an inaugural workshop on Geomagnetically Induced Currents (GIC) to bring
together participants from research, industry and government domains to develop
a supported and sustained community. The primary goal of this workshop is
to develop a community engaged in integration of research with their
applications to the needs of industry and government agencies in managing
potential consequences from impact to critical infrastructure. A key objective
of the workshop is to build on the outcomes of the earlier initiatives, a strong community
supported by funding agencies to support sustained research and collaboration
across all GIC arenas.</span></p>

outcomes of the GIC Innovation Lab (Golden CO, November 2022) and more details
