<p>The Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Cornell
University<br>
is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the area of space<br>
plasma physics. The position will support experimental,
theoretical,<br>
and computational research projects related to studies and
forecasts<br>
of ionospheric instabilities and irregularities at low and middle<br>
latitudes in particular. <br>
<br>
Applicants must have Ph.D. in a field related to space science and<br>
demonstrated experience in both signal processing and numerical<br>
simulations of space plasmas. Experience with radio or radar
systems<br>
is desirable. Candidates with experience in parallel programming
will<br>
be preferred.<br>
