2026 CEDAR Grand Challenge - Pathways to Improved Space weather

We're looking for ways to coordinate and involve the broader CEDAR
community in the 2026 CEDAR-ESPAT Grand Challenge: Cross-Scale Coupling and
Variability in the Upper Atmosphere and Ionosphere — Pathways to Improved
