Dear Solar and Space Physics Community Member,

We invite you to participate in this confidential climate assessment survey as part of the Solar & Space Physics (SSP) community <https://www.nationalacademies.org/projects/DEPS-SSB-21-03>, which includes those involved in heliophysics and planetary studies. Administered by the University of Michigan ADVANCE Program, the American Astronomical Society (AAS) Solar Physics Division and the Space Physics and Aeronomy Section of the American Geophysical Union (AGU) partnered to survey SSP community members. 

How will your responses be used?
This confidential survey was developed with input from SSP community members to reflect SSP’s specific context and climate experience. Your responses will help identify areas that are working well in the SSP community, as well as areas that may need improvement to inform policies and practices to enhance the environment for all.
How long will it take?
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. You can pause at any time and come back to it. 

Is it confidential?
Yes. The survey is administered by ADVANCE’s Research & Evaluation team, not your workplace. All responses are kept strictly confidential and will only be shared in aggregate form, with no identifying information that could link your responses to your individual identity.
