The Department of Defense (DoD) has released the FY 25 DoD Research and Education Program (REP) for Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority-Serving Institutions (HBCU/MI) Equipment/Instrumentation Funding Opportunity Announcement. This solicitation will support the acquisition of research equipment and instrumentation to enhance the research capabilities of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority-Serving Institutions (MIs) and strengthen STEM education programs.
